The Embassy would like to inform that all the visa applications should be submitted in person to the Embassy and there is no fast track or additional charges for visa applications.

No travel agency or company in Zambia or Malawi is authorized to take visa applications or visa fees on behalf of the Embassy. In cases where agents or companies are taking the applications and visa fees on behalf of the Embassy, the Embassy will take legal action against such people or instiutions.

The visa fees charged at the Embassy are as follows:

- Single entry/transit: 60 USD

- Double entry/transit: 120 USD

- Multiple entry: 190 USD

Please submit your application at the latest 4 weeks prior to the travel date so as not to experience any inconvenience.
